One seed. One child.

One future that no one can take away.

We plant that seed. You make it possible.

We started in rural Colombia. We won't stop there.

When a child has education,

they have choices.

In the mountains of Arbeláez, Colombia, children walk down from the hills every morning to reach the closest school. Some of those schools have between 8 and 12 children. Others have more than 200. All of them are filled with children who showed up, determined, despite everything that makes it hard.

Seeds for a Better World ASBL is a registered nonprofit association based in Luxembourg. We support children's education initially in rural Colombia through direct programs, corporate partnerships, and a community of people in Europe who believe that education is not a privilege. It is a right.

We exist because showing up every morning should be enough. The rest is on us.

How it started. And what it became.

Cityscape of a European town at dusk with illuminated houses, narrow streets, and a hillside with historical buildings and trees.

I started a podcast because I had things to say and people I wanted to talk to.

I did not expect 130 episodes in 3 years. I did not expect a room full of women in Luxembourg for a live podcast event. A community who kept showing up, month after month, because something about it felt real to them.

At some point I had to ask myself: what do we do with all of this?

The answer was not complicated. We use it. We use the community, the events, the visibility, to do something that actually lands somewhere. Building Legacy.

That is what Seeds for a Better World is. Something you can see and touch as a real impact.

Community

It started with a microphone and a conversation. Over time, it became a community of women in Luxembourg who gather around the idea that building something with meaning is possible. 130 episodes. A growing audience. People who, when the moment came, were ready to do more than just listen.

Events

Once or twice a year, we get in a room together.

Companies sponsor the evening. People buy a ticket. And every euro from that ticket goes directly to a child's education in rural Colombia. To a child. To their education.

Direct Impact

This is where it becomes real.

In Arbeláez, Colombia, children walk down from the mountains every morning to get to school. Some of those schools have 8 children. Some have 200. All of them showed up.

We make sure that when they arrive, there is something waiting for them. A uniform so no one turns them away at the gate. A safe roof. A teacher who came from somewhere else just to be there with them.

We document every delivery. Every school. Every child it reached.

Tropical landscape with tall palm trees, lush green hills, and mountains in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

What we have already done

This is what has already happened. We are a small organization with real numbers and full accountability. Every contribution is documented. Every delivery is reported.

Children to be support is our goal for 2026.

Meet the children your support reaches

and their own way to express their gratitude

At the start of the school year, the children from Arbeláez recorded these videos. We did not ask them to say anything specific. One of them thanked God. You can hear it in his voice.

Another girl, at the very end, said something we did not expect: 'I hope the people who gave us this, continue doing it.'

She did not know who you were. She just hoped you existed. Watch it!.

For companies that want to see where it goes and partner with us.

Some companies want their support to mean something they can actually show their team.

Not just a logo on a wall. Not just a line in an annual report. A photo from a classroom. A number. A school name. A child's face.

When your company partners with Seeds for a Better World ASBL, that is exactly what you get.

After every program delivery, we send you a written impact report. The school we reached. How many children. What they received. Documented, photographed, real.

You also become part of our annual event in Luxembourg, in a room full of people who chose to be there because it matters to them. Your company is seen in that context. That means something.

This is not complicated. You put in. Children receive. We show you both sides of that."

The funding reaches children in rural Colombia through three programs: uniforms and school kits, school infrastructure improvements, and the Teachers Abroad immersion experience. We report what was delivered, to which school, and how many children it reached.

Three programs. One purpose.

Keep children in school.

Uniforms and school kits

Donation event in which every kid received a scholar kit and uniform to be going to the near school in the mountains in arbelaez, colombia

In many rural schools in Colombia, no uniform means no entry. It is that simple.

A family that cannot afford one does not argue with the rule. The child just stops going.

We make sure that never happens. A uniform, a backpack, the materials they need for the year. Everything a child needs to walk through that gate and stay there.

50 children received their kit in December 2025. 250 is the goal for 2026.

School infrastructure improvements

Some of the schools in the mountains of Arbeláez have roofs that let in the rain.

Children sit in those rooms anyway. Teachers teach in those rooms anyway. Because that is the only school there is.

We fund the repairs that make it possible to keep the door open. A roof that holds. Walls that are safe. A space where a child can sit and focus on something other than whether the building will hold.

Ten small schools. We are starting where it is most urgent.

Teachers Abroad immersion experience

This one is still being built. And we want to be honest about that.

The idea is this: educators from Europe come to rural Colombia for two weeks. They teach. They sit in those classrooms. They see what the children see every day.

They go back different.

And that difference matters. A teacher who has been there carries it into every classroom they walk into after. That is the kind of ripple that is hard to measure and impossible to ignore.

We are building this program now. If you are an educator and something about this pulls at you, we want to hear from you.

here the seed you are planting when you donate to seeds for a better world asbl, luxembourg

Plant a seed. Watch it grow.

Every contribution goes directly to a child's education.

Today in rural Colombia. Tomorrow, wherever children need it most.
