This was our first live event in Luxembourg.
Sixty people in the room. Five women on stage, each one sharing what they had built and what it had cost them. I interviewed each of them. The room was full and alive.
At the end of the evening, the ticket proceeds totalled €1,400. Every cent a voluntary donation from the people in that room.
We sent it to Arbeláez, Colombia. Weeks later, 50 children had school uniforms and kits.
That was the moment Seeds for a Better World became real. Not an idea. Not a plan. Something that had actually happened.
